I just wanted to show you what I'm eating for lunch. No, its not wine, its cranberry juice in a wine glass. The actual lunch part is potatoes cut into circles. I then put them into a cake pan, with some oil and taco seasoning (tex mex) and salt. Cook them at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes, turning them once. Yum Yum!
