7 Minute Workout

hello!

It's almost summer (thankfully) and a lot of people are probably wanting to tone up. Well, have you ever heard of the Seven Minute Workout? That's right. Seven minutes.

 The Seven Minute Work out is a free phone app which guides you through 12 quick but intense exercises with audio cues and animations. Each exercise takes 30 seconds and trains a specific muscle group. The 10 seconds resting period between the exercises and carefully selected order of the exercises make sure that muscle groups can relax while another muscle group is being exercised.

 

Basically, it's 12 different workouts with 30 seconds on and 10 seconds rest. All you need is 2 things. 

1) Chair: For the step ups and triceps dips

2) A pillow pr blanket or something. This is for the crunches and push ups. Basically just to put under your back and knees.  

You can also set how long your rest period is. You can really customise it all. You can also get Alli Simpson's voice as your coach!

Birthday Haul!

 Hello everyone! 

Today is my Birthday (March 30, 2014) and yesterday, as a treat to myself to a shopping trip! 

I didn't buy that much, but I bought quite a bit of jewelry. I will add pictures later!

1D day?!

one direction day was Saturday, November twenty third twenty thirteen. it was an amazing day.
Basically, what happened was one direction spet an entire eight and a half hours being random and doing silly stuff. live. for all of us to see. it was a long day, but i spent eight and a half hours infront of my computer, watching my idols being themselves. it was wonderful.

and harry almost killed him self in a game. we learned that uncle simon loves dogs and that niall once needed to pee on live television. what more could you need?
we even went carroty for a little bit. we had to take selfies with a potato. bring back the carrots and pussies.
i even went without supper for about and hour. it was all for my boys. id do it all again without a second thought. we learned that the boys would really do anything for us.

all in all, it was the best day of my life. i think one d day should be an annual holliday. with a day of work and school dedicated to one direction worship.

 1. Favorite Starbucks drink?
Well, there isn't a Starbucks where I live really, so I'd say the Chocolate Chai Tea Latte? Because I've only ever been in there once or twice. 

 2. How long does it take you to get ready in the morning?
it depends! usually  its about half an hour to an hour.  

 3. How many selfies do you take on a daily basis?
i don't take selfies very often, because I don't like the way I look in pictures most of the time. I sometimes do a mini photos hoot, and then I have 20 or so pictures, and I use them until I have another "selfie taking day" 

4. How many IG followers and pics do you have?
i don't have Instagram! Let me know if I should make one. ♥  

 5. Do you ever say “LOL” or “OMG” out loud?
All the time. I don't realize I'm doing it, until its said, then I feel weird. 

 6. Do you wear the same clothing item more than once?
Yes. Anybody who says "no"to this question, needs a day job. 

  7. Are you racist? 
 No. Although, I do encounter racism a lot. I am English, and I live in Canada. I get talked down to a lot, talked to as if I don't know what the English language is. 

 8. How many tweets do you have?
 I currently have 279 tweets.

Twitter. 

 10. What do you spend most of your time doing?
Watching movies, or school. :/

I suck at doing nails, so probably like every 3 weeks?

Yes, I'd say I am. I love going shopping, but its difficult to find clothes that are in my budget.

Probably over forty times? I love Mean Girls. 

 
15. Do you own a lot of clothes?

No, I don't think I do. I own more clothes than people in my family, but that's just because I wear second hand (NICE QUALITY, WASHED MANY TIMES) clothing. Although, I'm always on the look out for more. 

 
16. Do you take pictures of your food before you eat it?

No, I can't say I do. 

 
17. Do you wear makeup everyday?

I hate to say it, but yes. I feel naked and not right, when I don't have makeup on.

Umm.. 80's/ 90's?

Straight and down, or topknot.

Not in the slightest!

EPIC SHOPPING TRIP

Hello!

Tomorrow, I am having my epic shopping trip where I shall be looking for deals all day, and buying fall clothes on a budget, $50.

I think it sounds pretty impossible to me, but I'm willing to try. I am probably going to get some dresses and a bag maybe too, just because I live about an hour and forty minutes away from the city where I shall be shopping!

I of course, will be taking pictures and doing a blog haul, but if you guys want me to do a video haul, tell meeee!

Winter and Dresses?

Haven't updated in a while... oopsie, sorry!
My question of today is, how do you guys feel about wearing dresses to school; in seasons other than summer? I love wearing dresses all year round, but I've been getting a couple of funny looks. I live in canada, and its gets to bout minus forty, at the coldest here. but of course i'm not going to wear a dress of that kind of day!


The dresses i wear in colder seasons, have the ability to be paired with tights. Then i won't get cold.

Hello


First weekend from school, and its been crazy.

It was my first week of High School, and my school is quite huge.

and it was a huge change. in the top photo, my elementary school, i was one of the oldest students. i could boss people around (not really haha)  i've always had this thing about older kids. i suppose they intimidate me. i'm not like all my other friends who can just talk to them and be fine, i get nervous or worried about what they'll think of me, and if i'll say the right thing.


but, as this is a fashion blog, here is what i wore:
