It's almost summer (thankfully) and a lot of people are probably wanting to tone up. Well, have you ever heard of the Seven Minute Workout? That's right. Seven minutes.
The Seven Minute Work out is a free phone app which guides you through 12 quick but intense exercises with audio cues and animations. Each exercise takes 30 seconds and trains a specific muscle group. The 10 seconds resting period between the exercises and carefully selected order of the exercises make sure that muscle groups can relax while another muscle group is being exercised.
Basically, it's 12 different workouts with 30 seconds on and 10 seconds rest. All you need is 2 things.
1) Chair: For the step ups and triceps dips
2) A pillow pr blanket or something. This is for the crunches and push ups. Basically just to put under your back and knees.
You can also set how long your rest period is. You can really customise it all. You can also get Alli Simpson's voice as your coach!
